Abstract
A compound containing a silane backbone and a group of formula (A) wherein R is hydrogen, C -C alkyl, —O, —OH, —CH CN, C -C alkoxy, C -C cycloalkoxy, C -C alkenyl, C -C phenylalkyl unsubstituted or substituted on the phenyl by 1, 2 or 3 C -C alkyl; or C -C acyl; is useful for stabilizing an organic material against degradation induced by light, heat or oxidation.
