Abstract
Surfactant combinations containing C alkyl sulfates wherein less than 10% by weight of the C alkyl sulfates, based on the C alkyl sulfates, have carbon chains with fewer than 14 carbon atoms and C alkyl benzenesulfonates in a weight ratio of 1:10 to 10:1. The combinations are useful in powder and granular as well as liquid washing and cleaning detergents.
