Abstract
The invention is based on a control method having a characteristic curve ( ) defined by interpolation points ( ), the characteristic curve being stored in an electronic processing unit. To control stability and with sufficient accuracy processes overridden by strong, time-variant disturbances, it is proposed that a characteristic line ( ) is preset and adapted according to a system deviation and a ratio of the difference between a measured point ( ) and an adjacent interpolation point ( ) and the difference between the two interpolation points ( ) adjacent to the measured point ( ).
