Abstract

A clamp pallet ( ) is fixed to a table ( ) of a machining center. A work pallet ( ) has a positioning hole ( ) and an engaging hole ( ) formed in order from a lower side. A plug portion ( ) projects upwards from the clamp pallet ( ). A shuttle member ( ) is vertically movably fitted onto the plug portion ( ). A coned disc spring ( ) urges the shuttle member ( ) upwards. The shuttle member ( ) has a tapered surface ( ) with which the positioning hole ( ) makes a tapering engagement. A pull rod ( ) is inserted into the plug portion ( ). The pull rod ( ) pushes engaging balls ( ) to the engaging hole ( ), thereby driving the work pallet ( ) downwards.
