Abstract
A time division allocating portion distributes a plurality of data links at a plurality of time division timings into which a predetermined period is divided. A remaining communication data supplying process executing portion executes a supplying process of remaining communication data for a data link allocated by the time division allocating portion at the time division timing only when the remaining communication data supplying process commanding portion commands the execution of the supplying process of the remaining communication data for the data link.
