Abstract
A process for producing an electrode for an electric double layer capacitor, which includes extruding a mixture including a carbonaceous material, a polytetrafluoroethylene and a processing aid by paste extrusion, and rolling the obtained extruded product by rolling rolls to form it into a sheet shape.
