Abstract
The invention provides spo0J1 polypeptides and polynucleotides encoding spo0J1 polypeptides and methods for producing such polypeptides by recombinant techniques. Also provided are methods for utilizing spo0J1 polypeptides to screen for antibacterial compounds.
