Abstract
A pressed powder cosmetic composition comprising (A) a water-repellent and oil-repellent powder selected from the group consisting of a fluorine resin powder and a powder having a surface treated with a fluorine compound, (B) a film-forming polymer having a modulus of elasticity not greater than 200 kg/cm , and (C) an oil. The composition according to the present invention is excellent in feeling upon use and does not crack easily.
