Abstract
An incandescent lamp and a MOSFET are connected in series with a power supply. A capacitor is interposed between the gate G of the MOSFET and a reference potential. Electric charges are gradually stored in the capacitor , thereby gradually increasing the voltage level of the control signal to be supplied to the gate G.
