Abstract

There are provided non-aqueous pour-on, water-fast formulations effective for the control of internal and external parasitic infections and infestations of homothermic animals such as mammalian quadrupeds. The pour-on formulations of the present invention contain as the active ingredient, a compound selected from the group consisting of LL-F28249&agr;-&lgr;, 23-oxo (keto) and 23-imino derivatives of the compounds collectively defined as LL-F28249, and milbemycin and avermectin molecules.
