The present invention related to a dielectric composition of a solid state display. The dielectric composition can be P O —ZnO-BaO glass, SiO —ZnO-Ba O glass of PbO—ZnO—B O glass, and an oxide filler with a binary compound including PbTiO or a ternary compound including PbTiO and PbZrO .
