Abstract
A preservation container for food and the like comprising a sealable container main body ( ), to which a lid ( ) is attached, an opening ( ) connecting the inside and the outside is provided on the lid ( ), and a gas non-permeable sheet ( ) having a vent hole ( ) at a position offset to the opening ( ) is arranged to cover the opening ( ). When the pressure inside the container is reduced, the sheet ( ) is curved toward the inside at a part corresponding to the opening ( ) and is adhered and retained on the outer surface of the lid ( ).
