Abstract
A second passage is arranged on a side opposite to a discharge port relative to a first passage Additionally, an intercepting member is provided which intercepts the communication between the first passage and the insertion port and allows the insertion port to communicate only with the second passage at a portion of the first passage near the insertion port whereby the intercepting member intercepts the communication between the first passage and the insertion port at a prescribed timing.
