Abstract

A sensor module has an outer module housing with an fluid inlet and a feedthrough with five electrical contacts. A transducer circuit in the module has a sensor connected to the inlet, a regulator connected to contacts and a transceiver providing a serial output to contact . A logic circuit is selectable to a first mode of operation in which the logic circuit generates ON-OFF logic levels on contacts or it can be selected to a second mode of operation in which the logic circuit detects ON-OFF logic levels on the contacts
