Abstract

The servo mechanism has an adjuster ( ) and a driver ( ). The driver has at least one electromagnet with a coil ( ), a movable armature plate ( ) and at least one spring ( ) which biases the armature plate toward a given rest position (R). A deceleration field is produced by the coil while the armature plate is moving away from the coil, and does so for a given period of time (T ).
