The present invention includes a compressor ( ), an external heat exchanger ( ), a direct drive type electrically driven expansion valve (Z), and an internal heat exchanger ( ). The rating torque equivalent friction factor E of the direct drive type electrically driven expansion valve (Z) is set to 0.31 or more.
