Abstract

A lever switch comprises a case ( ) provided with a common contact ( ) and stationary contacts ( ), a generally M-shaped movable contact ( ) having a middle part ( A) in resilient contact with the common contact ( ) and contact points ( E) at both ends thereof, a lever ( ) disposed rotatably to the case ( ), and a pair of cams ( ). The contact points ( E) at both ends of the movable contact ( ) are in contact resiliently with two confronting inner walls of the case ( ) where the stationary contacts ( ) are disposed. The contact points ( E) of the movable contact ( ) slide and come into contact resiliently with the stationary contacts by turning motion of the lever ( ).
