Abstract
The present invention provides a fuel cell separator which is capable of maintaining a low and stable contact resistance at a state of an oxidizing water vapor atmosphere for a long time. The separator has a separator base facing electrodes , and there are a plurality of projections on a surface of the separator base . AS the projections , a Sn—Bi alloy, a Sn—Bi alloy containing Ag or the like are preferable.
