Abstract

A pet milk powder which, when reconstituted and fed to a pet as a nutritional milk, results in reduced gastrointestinal intolerance. This powder is a cow's milk powder that contains lactose and to which is added a lactase, preferably one that is active under acidic conditions, such as a &bgr;-galactosidase.
