Abstract

An apparatus including a passenger carrier attached to a cart. The cart includes a support structure and a cart basket. The passenger carrier includes a seat portion. The apparatus includes a first set of swivel caster wheels near a front portion of the apparatus, a second set of non-swivel caster wheels located generally where the passenger carrier is connected to the cart, and a third set of swivel caster wheels located near a rear portion of the apparatus. The apparatus includes an upper portion in a first position that can be displaced to a second position to form an opening sized to receive a front portion of another cart basket in a nested configuration.
