Abstract

In a CDMA communication system, a multiple rake finger is coupled to a plurality of antennae. The multiple rake finger includes one correlator per antenna. The correlators in the multiple rake finger are coupled, via a delay circuit, to a single code generator. The delay circuit compensates for delays which occur in transmission as well as delays due to the separate distance of the antennae.
