Abstract

A power breaking device includes a stationary box , a fuse carrying box and a guide and restricting mechanism . The stationary box consists of a fixed housing , a load-side bus bar and a power-side bus bar . The fuse carrying box consists of a carrying box body detachable to the stationary box and a fuse fixing part for carrying a fuse . The mechanism is constituted by slits formed in a partition wall . The partition wall is formed integrally with the fixed housing to define an accommodating part in which the fuse is accommodated and retained. When the fuse carrying box is fitted to the stationary box , the slits serve to introduce both terminals of the fuse to a power-connecting part and a load-connecting part of the stationary box and also restrict the displacement of the terminals
