Abstract
Interferon &agr;/&bgr; binding proteins are provided, which are capable of modulating the activity of interferon-&agr; subtypes as well as interferon-&bgr;. Cloning of DNA molecules encoding these proteins, expression in host cells and antibodies against the proteins are also provided.
