Abstract
A film guide for a movie camera with a distance window positioned in the shooting path of rays of the movie camera whereby this distance window has a picture gate and a platen between which the movie film is moved. At least the upper surface of the platen facing the movie film is formed in a ray-absorbing or non-reflecting way.
