Abstract
The pressure leakage from the back pressure chamber installed at the back side of the movable scroll to the low pressure area can be prevented. An eccentric shaft ( ) formed integrally to a drive shaft ( ) is inserted into a bushing ( ). A balance weight ( ) is fixed to the bushing ( ). A cylindrical portion ( ) is provided so as to protrude at the back side of the movable scroll base ( ), and the bushing ( ) supports the cylindrical portion ( ) via a needle bearing ( ). A seal member ( ) is interposed between the end surface of the cylindrical portion ( ) and the balance weight ( ). The inside of a cylinder of the cylindrical portion ( ) is made to be a back pressure chamber ( ).
