Abstract

A ski binding includes a stop ( ) and a heel piece ( ). An elastic means opposes the release of the stop and the heel piece. The elastic means includes a blade ( ) working in buckling mode between two slides ( ) which correspond to the stop and the heel piece, respectively. Conventional springs for releasing the stop and the heel piece are therefore replaced by this longitudinally arranged blade.
