Abstract

A primary winding T and a switching circuit are serially inserted between input terminals Ti and Ti to which an alternating current is supplied. A diode , a resistor , and a capacitor are serially inserted in parallel with the primary winding T . A detecting circuit is connected to both ends of the capacitor and to an emitter and a collector of a phototransistor . A control circuit controls the switching circuit . A diode bridge and a capacitor are provided for a secondary winding T . Output terminals To and To are connected to both ends of the capacitor . A voltage detecting circuit is provided in parallel with the capacitor . The voltage detecting circuit detects voltages which are outputted from the output terminals To and To and supplies the detected voltages to a control circuit . The control circuit controls a light emitting diode
