Abstract

An image signal processing circuit ( ) includes a phase-expansion circuit ( ), a digital polarity-inversion circuit ( ), first to sixth D/A converters ( to ), and first to sixth operational amplifiers ( to ). The resistance value of the first to sixth amplitude adjusting resistors ( to ) which cause the output amplitude of an analog signal output from the first to sixth D/A converters ( to ) to be fixed is adjusted by laser trimming. First to sixth gain setting resistors ( to ) are connected to the first to sixth operational amplifiers ( to ). The first gain setting resistor ( ) includes a first resistor ( ) and a second resistor ( ), and the gain of the operational amplifier ( ) is set by the resistance ratio (R R ) thereof. In order that this resistance ratio (R R ) is fixed for each set, the first resistor ( ) and the second resistor ( ) are formed on the same substrate by undergoing the same manufacturing process. As a result, there is no need to use the first and second resistors ( ) for variable resistors.
