Abstract
A dual output capacitance interface circuit ( ) based on switched capacitor circuits and charge subtraction technique provides both voltage output ( ) and frequency output ( ). The circuit is programmable independently with sensitivity and offset adjustment, and is insensitive to fixed stray capacitance. Temperature compensation methods are described.
