Abstract

The present invention applies to medicine, more specifically, to pharmacology and it can be applied for the expansion of therapeutic effects spectrum, strengthening of therapeutic effect and a decrease of medicaments' toxicity. For realization of the method, a patient is treated with a medicament complex with derivatives of 1-germa-2,8,9-trioxa-5-azatricyclo[3.3.3.0 ]undecane or with derivatives of 1-germa-2,8 dioxa-5 azabicyclo[3.3.0 ]octane in doses of 0.001÷0.1 g per day. In doing so, biologically active compounds which are contained in food products, in hygienic and cosmetic remedies, in medicinal herbs and plants can be used as a medicament component. The method allows a considerable increase of complex pharmacological activity of medicaments for a wide diversity of diseases and decrease of the medicaments' toxicity.
