Abstract
A balanced transmission shielded cable includes an inner conductive shield ( ) and an outer conductive shield ( ) surrounding the inner conductive shield ( ). In an annular region (A) defined between both shields ( ), unshielded twisted pairs ( ) for signal transmission and shielded drain lines ( ) are alternately disposed in annular array. The shielded drain lines ( ) contact both shields ( ) and are led outside and grounded.
