Abstract

Mixtures of C -C olefin polymers functionalized with carboxylic acids which are neutralized from 1 to 100% with metallic ions The mixtures comprise (by weight): (1) 100 parts of a heterophasic polyolefin composition comprising crystalline polypropylene and an elastomeric fraction of an ethylene/propylene or superior ethylene/&agr;-olefin copolymer where the ethylene content is less than 40%; and (II) 0-250 parts of an elastomeric polymer selected from: a) ethylene/C -C &agr;-olefin copolymers containing at least 20% of a C -C &agr;-olefin; b) ethylene/methyl acrylate copolymers containing from 15 to 30% of recurrent units of methyl acrylate, and having a MFR ranging from 1 to 10 g/10 min; and c) polyisobutylenes; d) atactic propylene homopolymers and amorphous ethylene/C -C &agr;-olefins copolymers produced with metallocenic catalysts; and e) styrene block copolymers containing butadiene and isoprene as comonomer.
