Abstract
In a secondary battery wherein a positive electrode active material layer and a negative electrode active material layer are allowed to face each other via a liquid electrolyte solution , there is used, as the electrolyte solution , a basic solvent containing a halogenated polyolefin and an aliphatic polyolefin dissolved therein.
