Abstract

The present invention provides a process for cleaning or sanitization of hard surfaces, which process comprises the step of providing a composition containing a cationic surfactant, a fluorosurfactant, a film forming, organosilicone quaternary ammonium compound, along with optional components, and applying such a composition to a hard surface in need of cleaning.
