Abstract

A receptacle including a cardholder ( ) with a control slide ( ) which is mounted thereon and which can be displaced counter to a tension spring ( ) by a data card. The control slide ( ) is assigned a locking latch ( ) which is released from the outside in order to output a data card. A closing element ( ), which has an operative connection to the control slide ( ), has bolts ( ) which engage in the plane of movement of the data cards and to which a retaining spring ( ) is assigned. When a data card is input, the closing element ( ) can be pivoted while interacting with oblique faces formed on the bolts ( ). If a data card is located in the read/write position, the closing element ( ) which is in engagement with a connecting part ( ) formed in the control slide ( ) is locked.
