Abstract
A concrete structure formed using a web member that includes a latching system to frictionally hold connectors or the like in position. The latching system preferably has less frictional resistance to attaching the connector than for removing the same connector. It is noted that this abstract is provided to comply with the rules requiring an abstract that will allow a searcher or other reader to ascertain quickly the subject matter of the technical disclosure.
