Abstract

The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of allergic rhinitis, vasomotor rhinitis, and allergic conjunctivitis, which comprises (a) a nonsedating antihistamine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, (b) a leukotriene D antagonist, or a 5-lipoxygenase inhibitor, or a FLAP antagonist, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and (c) one or more of a conventional pharmaceutical vehicle, extender, and excipient, and to its use for manufacturing a composition for the treatment of allergic rhinitis, vasomotor rhinitis, and allergic conjunctivitis.
