Abstract
The present invention is directed to a pharmaceutical composition comprising a pharmaceutically effective amount of a lipophilic drug, in association with a pharmaceutical carrier, said carrier comprising a lipophilic drug solubilizing effective amount of a propylene glycol monoester of C -C fatty acid having at least 60% by weight monoester based on the total weight of the propylene glycol ester and a non-ionic surfactant.
