Abstract
A grommet include a grommet body and a grommet inner member . The inner member has an elastic clip in the form of an oval column and a waterproof lip formed around a base part of the elastic clip . With this constitution, by press-fitting the elastically deformed clip into an engagement hole while accommodating the grommet 110 in a hollow part formed on a side face of a vehicle door, the easy and simple assembling can be accomplished to improve the waterproof capability.
