Abstract

A method for determining hemoglobins is provided which is suitable for determination of stable hemoglobin A . A method for determining hemoglobins by cation exchange liquid chromatography wherein an eluent is used containing a chaotropic ion and further an inorganic acid, an organic acid and/or any salt thereof having a buffer capacity in the 4.0-6.8 pH range.
