Abstract
A battery connection plate a manufacturing method therefor is provided. A terminal and a busbar are insert-molded in the plate body The terminal is screw-connected to an electrode of a battery with a nut. The terminal is provided with a hole portion and a projecting portion having an opening communicating with the hole portion, and the opening faces in the screwing direction of the nut. Otherwise, the plate body is provided with a pin portion and projections arranged on both sides of the pin portion, and the terminal is provided with a through hole for the pin portion. The projections are positioned adjacently to both sides of the terminal, and the terminal is secured to the plate body by melting the pin portion and the projections and by transforming them. The terminal body is formed integrally with the busbar with use of a metal sheet, and the busbar is formed by double-folding back the metal sheet, wherein the terminal body is connected to the busbar through a narrow portion. The plate body is provided with a pair of guide walls having respective slit-like insertion-fixing portions to receive the electric wire connected to the terminal and a groove portion for arranging the electric wires is formed between the guide walls.
