The piezoelectric ceramic composition of the present invention contains, as a main component, a material having a composition represented by Formula: CaM Bi Ti (Nb Ta ) O , where M is at least one element selected from the group consisting of Ca, Sr, and Ba; 0.0≦A≦1.0; and 0.0≦X≦0.6.
