Abstract
An electrical termination arrangement including a multiple lead conductive flexible tape has first and second ends, the first end being operatively associated with a first member. A stamped terminal has pins corresponding to multiple leads of the tape The pins have first ends for connection with a second member non-positionally affixed with respect to the first member. The pins are parallel spaced from one another and are serially increasing in length. The pins have contact areas with the conductive flexible tape leads in a serially laterally increasing manner.
