Abstract
Processing circuiter is provided having a passive data transfer capability. Processing circuitry includes a bus , a first subsystem coupled to bus through first passive transfer logic , and a second subsystem coupled to bus through second passive transfer logic . Processing circuitry further includes control circuitry coupled to bus for initiating a passive data transfer between first and second subsystems and , first and second passive transfer logic and there after controlling exchange of data between the first and second subsystems and independent of the control circuitry
