A feed device ( ) for fuel in a motor vehicle has a pressure regulating valve ( ) arranged in a forward-flow line ( ) leading to an internal combustion engine. The pressure regulating valve ( ) is activated by a pressure within a return-flow line ( ) and opens or closes a branch ( ) leading to a suction jet pump ( ).
