The printed circuit board is placed on the housing of the rotary switch so as to oppose the rotary disk with the protruded portion of the holding portion penetrated the through hole of the printed circuit board. The operating unit is placed on the printed circuit board so as to dispose the illuminated element and the push switch within the operating unit. The operating unit is arranged such that the second operating member opposes to the push switch and is illuminated by the illuminated element. The protruded portion of the holding portion is fixed to the rotary switch, and the printed circuit board is caught between the rotary switch and the operating unit. The protruded portion is engaged with the first operating member in such a manner that the rotation of the first operating member operates the rotary switch, and the pressure to the second operating member operates the push switch.
