Abstract

A terminal fitting accommodated in a shield connector is formed like a letter L by bending a flat plate portion , which extends from a press-attaching portion , at a right angle. Even when the flat plate portion has a section, the area of which is equal to that of a section of a connector of a shield wire , the flat plate portion can be bent in a direction of width thereof with an allowable bending radius that is small as compared with that of the shield wire . Thus, the size of a bent portion is reduced. Consequently, the size of the entire shield connector is decreased.
