Abstract

A MOS transistor (M ) which is arranged in the highest order of a low Vth MOS transistor grayscale group of a decoder circuit of a drain driver is formed of a CMOS transistor, to prevent a current from flowing from an output side into the low Vth MOS transistor portion owing to a grayscale voltage applied to another portion.
