Abstract
A switch of high reliability in which built-in components are not detached even when a shock is applied to the switch. A microswitch is actuated by an operative plunger and LEDs are mounted on the same circuit board The switch is configured so that light from the LEDs is diffused and guided to an operation face on the upper side by the operative plunger A metal plate is attached into the internal space of the operative plunger According to this configuration, inward bending of the operative plunger due to a shock or the like is prevented from occurring, and engagement between engaging holes of a case and engaging protrusions of the operative plunger is prevented from being cancelled.
