The diaphragm is vibrated by a driver unit which comprises a magnet and voice coil . In this version the magnet is mounted on the rear diaphragm and the voice coil is mounted on the front diaphragm . The two diaphragms are mounted at their edges to a frame with the driver unit mounted in the space enclosed by the frame and the diaphragms.
